Position:

Junior Technical Project Manager 

(Purchasing & Supplier Coordination)

Location: Shenzhen, Bao’an Office

Employment type:
First 3 months as freelancer, then full-time position (40 hours per week).

About the role
We are looking for a motivated colleague to join our Shenzhen Bao’an office. You will manage technical projects from start to finish together with our international team.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from first inquiry to delivery together with our team
• Read and understand simple technical drawings
• Adjust and localize specifications for Chinese suppliers
• Prepare and send inquiries to suppliers
• Clarify questions with suppliers and support basic negotiations
• Maintain and update data in our project database
• Follow up orders and timelines
• Occasionally visit suppliers and customers (possible trips to Europe)

Requirements

• Technical understanding and interest in manufacturing
• Ability to read basic technical drawings
• Purchasing or sourcing experience is a plus, not a must
• Basic English skills for simple communication and reading
• Reliable, structured and willing to learn
• Open also for school leavers / fresh graduates who want to develop

主要工作内容

• 在团队支持下，从询价到交货全程跟进项目
• 阅读和理解基本的技术图纸
• 根据中国供应商实际情况调整和本地化技术规范
• 向供应商发送询价和相关资料
• 与供应商沟通问题，协助简单商务谈判
• 维护并更新公司项目数据库中的相关数据
• 跟踪订单进度和交期
• 视情况安排供应商和客户拜访（包括可能的欧洲出差）

任职要求

• 具有一定技术理解能力，对制造业有兴趣
• 能够阅读简单的技术图纸
• 有采购 / 供应商开发经验者优先（非必须）
• 具备基本英文读写与简单沟通能力
• 做事认真细心，责任心强，愿意学习和成长
• 欢迎应届毕业生或中专 / 高中毕业、有发展意愿的求职者
